In short
- Our target is WCAG 2.2 Level AA. Until a full manual audit passes, the site is partially conformant.
- We build accessibility into the markup and use no overlay widgets.
- Tell us about any barrier and we will reply and fix it.
Conformance status
The target is WCAG 2.2 Level AA. The site is partially conformant: some parts may not yet meet the standard, and a full manual audit has not been completed.
What we do
- Data is in real tables with captions and row and column headers, inside scroll areas you can reach with the keyboard.
- Everything works with a keyboard, with a clearly visible focus outline that sticky headers do not cover.
- Colors meet contrast requirements in light and dark mode, and color is never the only signal: every status has an icon and text.
- Buttons and links have large enough targets, larger on touch screens.
- The site respects reduced-motion, higher-contrast and forced-colors settings, and reflows on narrow screens and when zoomed.
- Status messages, such as filter results and “Copied”, are announced to screen readers.
- We use no overlay widgets. They do not fix the underlying markup.
Known limitations
- Wide tables scroll sideways on small screens. The first column stays in place, and a hint says how many columns are off screen.
- Search needs JavaScript. Without it, the search page shows an A–Z list of every page.
- Source quotes are shown in the vendor's original wording, which we cannot simplify.
How we test
Every page template is checked with automated tests (axe-core) in light and dark mode at phone and desktop widths, and for horizontal overflow at narrow widths. Manual testing with a keyboard and with screen readers (NVDA, VoiceOver and TalkBack) has not been completed yet; it is planned and will then be repeated regularly. Automated tools find only part of the problems, so manual testing matters.
